McCoy Family Reunion 2020 Details

Welcome Family. We have been busy planning for the 2020 Family Reunion and have some details to share with you all.

Important Dates:

Family Reunion Dates: July 17-19, 2020

Registration Deadline: March 1, 2020. *** We are asking each family to complete the registration form so that we can have an accurate headcount for planning purposes.

The rate for the rooming block is $109 per night. The hotel provides free hot breakfast, as well as drinks and appetizers daily from 5:30-7:00 PM. To reserve your rooms, call (800)325-0720 and provide the confirmation code #2403347.

Fees:

The fees for this years festivities are as follows:

Adults (Age 16+) $75 per person

Teens (Age 11-15) $25 per person

Children under 1o and under are free.

Fees include Friday’s Meet and Greet, Saturday’s day at the Lake (Lake Lanier) and the Banquet. Lake Lanier has a waterpark accessible that can be purchased upon arrival for an additional fee for those interested.

T-Shirts can be purchased for the following rates:

Plus Sizes (2x and larger) $15 each

Regular Sizes (S-XL) $12 each

Children’s sizes $10 each
